Our Precious Materials

We only use the very best natural and sustainable materials for our mattresses and boxsprings: cashmere, wool, horsehair, silk, which are in close contact with our body providing pleasure and comfort.

These animals which live free in the mountains of Peru give the most precious and fine fiber of the world. Silky and fluffy, the fiber of Gods.

This cashmere is obtained from the undercoat of goats,
fine and warm fiber.

This material comes in ropes to our artisans to preserve the curl forever. Our artisans only untwist the cordons at the time of making the mattress and leave the hair in the sun for a week before placing it in your mattresses.

This Scottish wool is the one with the longest fiber, which therefore offers more resilience and softness over time.

Falkland wool is actually a mix of breeds like Corridale, Polwarth and Dohne Merino. These breeds were specifically developed and bred for the ability to survive in the harsh climate of the South Atlantic.

A fresh, natural, extremely breathable material - ideal for the warm months.

A unique padding made up of fibers extracted from the leaves of several palm trees, mainly Chamaerops humilis. The palm leaves are collected, dried and curled. They are then braided into tight ropes, in a manner similar to horsehair, in order to preserve their characteristics in storage over time.

It is a fine, very warm and particularly robust noble hair. It is also very soft and fluffy, with a cashmere-like appearance.

Wool from our old breeds can be longer, stronger and softer. Each fleece consists of numerous shades of grey, which makes the sorting of the wool a labour intensive task. In turn, it also provides for  the most beautiful natural wool yarn.
