An Apartment in the Heart of Milano
The apartment is located in the heart of Milan. In the renovation the owner, an architect, has preserved all the vintage fixtures that enhanced light and transparency between the rooms. Every renovation work made in the apartment has been highlighted, using modern materials such as steel in the staircase, black slabs for the floors, colored crystals in bathrooms and tables. The furniture mixes the contemporary (Tecno with the Foster table, chandeliers by Castiglioni and Sarfatti, Nuvola up kitchen by dada, Stark driade chairs, P40 Osvaldo Borsani longue chairs, Eilen Gray coffee table, Baleri vicuna sofas) with the antique (French '800 mirror, mahogany empire chest of drawers, English chairs, antique Persian rugs, tribal wooden African statues) to satisfy the slightly eclectic curiosity of the owner. The bright bedroom mixes antique and a contemporary Jungle Dream Midsummer bed whose colors blend with the modern painting and the green of the terrace.
