About this system
Bellini is a complete system, boxspring, mattress and topper, with an essential and contemporary character. The boxspring is upholstered in Loro Piana Interiors wool and cashmere bouclé. The mattress has seasonal upholstery: silk, Cheviot wool and horsehair for winter, linen/Ingeo™, cotton, Falkland wool and horsehair for summer. The topper follows the same logic, silk and Cheviot wool in winter, Cheviot wool and Orange Fiber in summer. Orange Fiber is an innovative material derived from Sicilian orange peel: light, breathable and naturally cool. Handmade in Italy.

What is Bellini made of?
Bellini is made by hand in Italy from natural fibres: silk, horsehair, Cheviot wool, Falkland wool, linen, cotton, Ingeo and Orange Fiber. It is upholstered in Loro Piana Interiors Wish fabric, a bouclé of wool and cashmere. It is made to order, by hand, one at a time.
How is the comfort chosen?
It depends on how you sleep. On your side, hips and shoulders need to sink a little; on your back, the lumbar curve needs support; on your front, a flatter, firmer surface keeps the neck neutral. The five questions of Find your Midsummer suggest a system, and at the atelier you choose by lying down.
Can I try Bellini before ordering?
Yes. Bellini is on display at our atelier in Milano, Via Andegari 4: come and lie down on it, by appointment, Monday to Friday, 09:00–12:00 and 13:00–18:00. We can also meet by video. Appointments are confirmed by email within one working day.
How long does it take to make?
Production and delivery windows are confirmed on enquiry, because each system is made to order. Delivery is white-glove: the bed is brought into the room, assembled and dressed by our own team.
Why is the price on request?
Because every system is made to order, and the price follows the specification: dimensions, height, fibres, fabric and comfort level. We quote after the consultation.
