Sleep Culture: Discover Your Way of Sleeping

We spend about one third of our lives asleep, but very little time listening to how we actually sleep. Not just how many hours, but how our body is welcomed, supported, and held during the night.
At Midsummer, we design beds starting from this simple question: What does your body really ask for when it rests?
Our Sleep Culture page is an invitation to observe your own way of sleeping with a light, curious attitude. Through a few questions you’ll discover which sleep profile describes you best: Sensitive, Balanced or Structured, and how temperature, movement and comfort sensations shape your nights more than you might think.
This is not a medical test and there are no right or wrong answers. It’s a small exercise in awareness: a way to translate what you feel at night into a language that can guide your choices.
When you complete the questionnaire, you’ll see:
  • which profile is most similar to you,
  • a short interpretation of what your body is telling you,
  • a few concrete suggestions on how to sleep better with the help of natural, breathable materials and well-designed support.
Think of it as the first step in a new ritual: listening to your sleep, so you can design it with more care.
