Made to order

Every Midsummer-Milano bed, mattress and topper is handcrafted to order by specialised artisans in Italy. Production begins once your order is confirmed and payment has been received. Typical lead time is 6–8 weeks before dispatch. We email progress updates throughout production, and confirm as soon as your order ships.

When your order becomes a contract

Submitting checkout creates a binding offer. The automatic receipt you receive is not acceptance. Your contract with us is concluded only when we email your shipping confirmation.

Destinations we serve

We accept orders only for destinations we are able to serve. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your address, or your order includes customised sizes, contact info@midsummer-milano.com before ordering and we will confirm.

Delivery costs

Any delivery charges applicable to your order are shown at checkout before you complete payment.

Import duties and taxes

For deliveries outside the EU, import duties and taxes, where applicable, are borne by the recipient.

Checking your delivery

Please inspect the packaging and the goods on arrival. If anything has been damaged in transit, note it with the carrier at the point of delivery where possible, and contact us at info@midsummer-milano.com as soon as possible so we can resolve it. Handle products carefully and transport them flat. Do not pull them by the handles.
